This award is nominated by the nursery manager and voted for by parents. Three regional (North of England, Central England, South of England), two national (Scotland and Wales), one international nursery and one overall winner are awarded. Encourage your parents and carers to vote for you and your nursery. All Nursery of the Year finalists will be visited or interviewed by an NDNA representative who will compile a report for the judging panel. For regional England boundaries, please visit the awards criteria page.
Voting results are based on a percentage of overall places; an average is taken using the number of votes per nursery places and then used to aid the judging process. Adding an explanatory comment about your vote will further enable us to determine a winner from the many nurseries that enter.
Please answer the questions below and upload additional evidence using the upload button. Additional criteria/information to upload: testimonies/photographic evidence. Parents/carers must provide full names for their vote to count.
Fields marked with a * are required
In order to validate your vote we will send you an email containing a link. In order for your vote to count you must click on the link. We simply do this to stop people voting twice.
Each year our judging panel considers the following when choosing our winners.
Please note: Parent comments and votes are only eligible in our public voting awards.
If the nursery you want to vote for isn't showing, it means it isn't registered for this award. You can tell your nursery that you'd like to vote for them. They can register for free if they are NDNA members. They just need to visit this website.
