Do you have an outstanding member of staff who is passionate about caring for children and shows true dedication to quality? This award is voted for by parents with a supporting statement from the nursery manager.
Voting results are based on a percentage of overall places; an average is taken using the number of votes per nursery places and then used to aid the judging process. Adding an explanatory comment about your vote will further enable us to determine a winner from the many nurseries that enter.
This award is voted for by parents with a supporting statement from the nursery manager. Do you have an outstanding member of staff who is passionate about caring for children and shows true dedication to quality? How long has the practitioner been employed at the nursery? What are the practitioner’s main responsibilities? List the practitioner’s qualification and training including their level and future plans. Most importantly, why do you think the practitioner should win NDNA practitioner of the year and how have they made a difference. Tell us in no more than 1000 words about the impact this member of staff has on: your provision; children and families; their colleagues.

In order to validate your vote we will send you an email containing a link. In order for your vote to count you must click on the link. We simply do this to stop people voting twice.
Each year our judging panel considers the following when choosing our winners.
Please note: Parent comments and votes are only eligible in our public voting awards.
If the nursery you want to vote for isn't showing, it means it isn't registered for this award. You can tell your nursery that you'd like to vote for them. They can register for free whether they are NDNA members or not. They just need to visit this website.
